| If you are planning on selling an old PC or even giving it away, don't hesitate to contact us. A simple reformat of a hard drive does not erase the data. Your personal information remains on the disk, along with passwords, photos, bank account numbers, and much more. We have the tools that will ERASE your drives. We will erase a hard drive to Department of Defense standards so that no one will be able to view your personal data in the future. We can also erase data more securely using Peter Guttman's method, which will erase data so thoroughly that it would take someone a lifetime to recover it. ($70) |

| Upgrade/Reinstall Your Operating System | Price | |
| New versions of operating systems are one of the best ways to keep your computer running smoothly. We can help you bring your PC up to date by upgrading your operating system to new versions. We can also reinstall your old operating system for you. A reinstall will include a reformat of your hard drive, and will greatly increase the speed of your computer. (Note: This will also delete your information) With both an upgrade and a reinstall, we will install all necessary drivers and software. (Price of operating system not included) |

| We can also upgrade or reinstall your operating system with a full wipe of your hard drive. None of the previous information will be left on the drive, and we can erase to either Department of Defense standards ($100), or use Peter Guttman's method for secure, permanent deletion.
